Robin is a certified yoga instructor including RYT500 and Yoga for Athletes. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for all levels. She brings a calming presence and a love for outdoor practice, helping students connect breath, body, and nature. Her classes focus on mindfulness, gentle flow, and the joy of movement—perfect for a morning among the vines.

Roo went from the stress of the corporate world to teaching yoga at corporations. Helping people alleviate/manage stress and have movement in their day. Hard to believe that was fifteen years ago. Since then, she has become a yoga therapist, mindful outdoor experience guide, fascia release trainer and movement specialist for actively aging and those with Parkinson’s and teaches SUP. Her classes are light hearted (life is stressful, yoga should be enjoyable) open to all, options given from experienced to beginners.

Katherine begin practicing yoga in 2009 at a Chicago gym by chance, but found it very helpful with managing stress, anxiety, and insomnia related to work, so she continued. After moving to Ann Arbor, she completed her RYT-200 in 2019 with Risa Gotlib at Tiny Buddha Yoga and began teaching vinyasa-style classes during the summer of 2020. Katherine’s classes are known for being powerful, thoughtful, and centered around self-connection through breath and movement. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in yoga as a means of a moving meditation that connects mind and body, with the poses and sequencing as secondary to what they can teach us about ourselves over time. Yoga is truly a practice that begins on the mat but can have profound effects off the mat, too. Katherine is thrilled to be able to offer vinyasa experiences at Social Vines!
